Hi, I’m Natalie—a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist dedicated to walking alongside individuals through healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported in expressing their voice and living more authentically. Therapy with me is collaborative and curious. We don’t rush to fix. We sit with what’s real. Together, we make space for your story to unfold—on your terms—so you can reconnect with what matters, build clarity, and root more deeply into your sense of self and self-worth.

My work focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and communication skills while navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, learning differences), trauma, family and relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. I also integrate holistic tools like somatic strategies, mindfulness, breathwork, and grounding to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Rooted in my academic foundation in Women’s Studies and Indigenous Studies, I also bring an intersectional, justice-informed lens to therapy. I understand how systems of power, identity, and culture shape our internal worlds—and I’m especially attuned to working with individuals who have felt silenced, dismissed, or unseen.

Additionally, with over 25 years in the arts, I bring a creative lens to therapy. My background in vocal training with the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM), improv Second City (Film/TV), lyric writing, and poetic expression supports art-based and narrative work. Creative expression offers many clients a powerful bridge to insight, healing, and integration—especially when traditional talk therapy feels limiting.
