I come to this work with a heart that knows how harsh the world can be, and a deep respect for the strength it takes to keep going.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade supporting people through crisis intervention, trauma recovery, grief counselling, and hospital and community care. In those spaces, I learned that people are not problems to be solved, but human beings carrying stories, pain, and a quiet strength. Those experiences shaped my belief that therapy must be compassionate and personal, not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a collaborative process rooted in the resilience each person already carries within themselves.

To me, therapy is human-to-human. It isn’t about fixing you, but about walking alongside you as you reclaim your self-worth and belonging.
