I work with individuals and couples around self-worth, belonging, and communication.

Anxiety, trauma, grief, conflict, and identity shifts all matter. They are often connected to something deeper. The questions that tend to come up are:

Am I enough? Do I matter? Can I be myself and still belong?

Together, we slow things down and look at what is shaping those questions.
